1.Usage
YGL2 series isolator(Load isolation switch)applies to AC50Hz,rated voltage below 400V,rated current below 3150A.It is suitable for connecting and breaking the infrequent electric circuit or electric isolation in power system.This product complies with GB/T14048.3.

2.Environmental Conditions
□ Altitude no exceed 2000m;

□Ambient air temperature is not higher than+40℃ and not lower than-5℃.And the average temperature value of 24 hours is not higher than 35℃;
□ When the maximum temperature up to+40℃,air relative humidity should not exceed 50%.At lower temperatures,higher relative humidity is permissible,such as 90%at 20℃,but measures should be taken to address occasional condensation due to temperature changes;
□No explosion hazard medium environment;

□ Pollution degree 3.

4.Structure Features

4.1 The switch adopts arapid closing mechanism in which spring store senergy and release it instantaneously,and a contact structure which connects and disconnects dual-breakpoint simultaneously.This greatly enhances the electrical and mechanical performance of the switch.
4.2 The shell made of unsaturated polyester resin reinforced by fiberglass possess excellent performance of flame resistant,dielectric performance,safe operation,resist carbonic performance and resist impact performance.

4.4 Mark window is set in the front side to indicate ON and OFF state of contact.
4.5 Operation handle can be installed directly on the switch(referred to as inside operation)or it can be operated from outside of the distribution boxdoor(referred to as outside operation),providing convenience inoperation.
4.6 To meet diverse needs,it can provide normal open and normal closing auxiliary contact,dedicated base board and front/behind connection type.
4.7 When in disconnect position"O",the handle can be secured with two or three locks to prevent misoperation.

5.Structure And Character
The Switch shell is manufactured with unsaturated polyester resin reinforced by fiberglass plastic(DMC).Spring energy storage and speed institutions enables rapid connection and disconnection.
The contact structure features two separate contact head with parallel dual-breakpoint,maintained under pressure by leaf spring;The switch can automatically identify the limit position of on and off,and has the obvious On-offtag to indicate the on and off position.
